Set up
Name your event, choose your rings, round lengths and matching rules. Make a private entry link for each gym and send it on WhatsApp in one tap.
Gather entries
Coaches add their fighters on their phones: name, male or female, age, weight and experience are all required, so lists arrive complete. Got an old spreadsheet? Upload it.
Match & order
Close entries and press auto-match. Every bout is rated for fairness. Fine-tune by hand, drag bouts into order across rings and print the running order.
Run the show
Each ref runs the clock from their phone. Monitors in the gym show who's on, the round, and who's next, so fighters are warmed up and ready.

Matching
Fair matches in seconds
Auto-match pairs as many fighters as possible within your limits, then keeps swapping opponents until every bout is as even as it can be.
- Male v male, female v female, never two from the same gym
- Weight bands: 2kg under 30kg, 3kg from 30kg (you can change these)
- One year age gap for juniors; 18+ fight any adult
- Experience gap protects newer fighters; experienced ones match freely
- Every bout rated Excellent, Good or Fair

A ref timer on any phone
Rounds and rest run themselves, with a bell at the start and end of every round. The ref stays in control of everything else.

FAQ
Good questions
What do I need on the day?
An internet connection at the venue, a phone for each ref, and any screen with a web browser for the monitors: a smart TV, a Fire TV stick, or a laptop plugged in by HDMI.
Do coaches need to sign up?
No. Each gym gets its own private link. The coach opens it on their phone, adds their fighters, and can come back to make changes until you close entries.
A gym has sent me a spreadsheet instead. Is that OK?
Yes. Upload Excel or CSV lists and the system reads the way gyms really write things, like "56KG", "8st 4", "10 INTERS", "NOVICE" or "EXPERIENCED". Anything it can't read is highlighted for you to fix.
How does it decide who fights who?
Within your limits it pairs as many fighters as it can, then swaps opponents around until every bout is as even as possible on weight, age and experience. Male only fights male, female only fights female, and fighters never meet someone from their own gym. You can change every limit and adjust any bout by hand.
Is fighters' information kept private?
Yes. Ages, weights, experience and notes can only be seen with your control PIN. The gym screens and ref phones show names and gyms only, and each coach only ever sees their own gym's list.
When does my six weeks start?
Your event is set up when you book, and you have six weeks of access, so start gathering entries up to six weeks before fight day.
